Christmas Criteriums Rescheduled.

The FCC will be holding its last race for 2021, the rescheduled Christmas Classic Criteriums, this THURSDAY, DEC 23rd, at the VU Track in Hoppers!
Entry is open to ALL* racers, and entries close on Wed 22nd at 8pm.
Lots of great prizes! There’s a sash for the winner of A, Trophies for the winners of B, C & D, and podium medallions, as well as PLUM PUDDINGS for each grade winner, and the usual prize money.
NO LATE ENTRIES FROM NOW ON! Mark Z and Michael Dam have been taking late entries, but the Executive are putting a stop to it as it keeps them working till midnight;
Entry cutoffs: Wednesday @ 8pm for Thursday Crits, Friday @ 8pm for Sunday Crits.

Racing Cancelled. Drake Blvd 19-Dec

Racing this morning at Drake Blvd has been cancelled due to rain. All riders will be refunded via EntryBoss.

Racing will return in the new year. Have a safe Christmas and new year break everyone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

URGENT NOTIFICATION

Members – Unfortunately we are unable to run the scheduled Criterium at Drake Bvd this Sunday, December 12th.
We have had to re-schedule the race to tomorrow Saturday December 11th at the Vic Uni circuit in Hoppers Crossing.
B & D grades 9am, A & C grades 10am.
For those who have already entered and can’t make the Saturday race please login to EntryBoss and scratch your entry.

2021-2022 Criterium Marshalling Duties

Drake Blvd criteriums will be kicking off on the Sunday the 5th of December. As always we need all our members to make the racing there as successful as possible.
That means we need everyone (add-on members as well) to pick their 1 criterium marshalling duty for the season.
Without the support of our members we will not be able to put on the racing that we all enjoy.
Register for your marshalling duty using the following link, we’re encouraging all our members to register for the races earlier in the season, we want to fill spots as quickly as possible.

Marshal Co-Ordinator

For the last 18 years, Vito DePetro has carried out the crucial role as the Club’s Marshal Co-ordinator, and he has decided it’s time to finish up in this position. We are calling for a Member or other suitable person to take over this vital role. Role Duties include contacting and confirming marshals for an upcoming race.

This Club position carries with it a $50 remuneration per Race Day Event. The FCC cannot race without marshals, and our racing is very much contingent on filling the position of Marshal Co-ordinator, so please don’t hesitate to put your name forward (secretary@footscraycc.com.au) if you feel you could do the job!
