Footscray Cycling Club is built around racing. As one of Victoria’s oldest and most respected cycling clubs, we provide year-round racing opportunities across road and criterium disciplines.

Your Footscray Cycling Club membership runs through AusCycling – Australia’s national cycling body. AusCycling membership covers your insurance and gives you access to our rides, races and events.
There are three options:
Ride: $189/year + $40 Club Fee
For riders who want to ride with the club and stay covered. Includes 24/7 personal accident and public liability insurance and access to all non-competitive club rides and social events. Doesn’t include sanctioned racing.
Club: $249/year + $40 Club Fee
Everything in Ride, plus access to club and inter-club racing across all disciplines. The right choice if you want to compete locally. Upgrade to Race any time.
Race: $319/year + $40 Club Fee
Everything in Club, plus state and national events and a UCI licence at no extra cost. For riders competing at a higher level who want access to the full race calendar.
Reduced rate pricing available for ages 13-18, 65+ and para-classified riders. Under 13s receive full Race access at $99/year. 15% family discount applied automatically for families of 2 or more members linked in your profile. Junior riders are welcome to join however, Footscray Cycling Club currently only provides racing opportunities for riders J17 and above.
Your membership keeps our club on the road.
When you join Footscray Cycling Club through AusCycling, part of your membership fee funds the national insurance program that makes our events possible.
Every club race, social ride and training session we run is covered by AusCycling insurance. Without it, we can’t hold events, access venues or put volunteers on course.
It’s the foundation our whole club runs on.
