FCC Twilight Criterium Series

Think you have what it takes to compete in three races on three consecutive nights? For the first time, we’re hosting the FCC Twilight Criterium Series on January 16, 17, and 18.
You can find all the information about how the series will work on the EntryBoss Pages.
Register now for all three races using the links below:
We hope to see as many riders as possible join in. If you can’t participate in all three races, you can still compete in individual races.

Twilight Series Info

At the conclusion of the series, the top three riders in each grade who have earned the highest total points across the three races will receive podium awards.
No prizes will be given for individual races.

Structure of Points awarded for each race in the series:
1st: 12 points
2nd: 9 points
3rd: 7 points
4th: 5 points
5th: 3 points
6th: & onwards 1 point

Participation Bonuses:
3 Races: 6 points
2 Races 3 points

Notes:
– Points do NOT transfer up or down grades with riders.
– FCC Executive can withhold points for various reasons, such as incorrect grading, infractions, etc.

It was looking like our racing for Wed (heat) and Sat (rain) was likely to be cancelled…
But, a quick call by Mark Z to VU, and for THIS WEEK ONLY, we are RESCHEDULING BOTH RACES!!!!
Wed 7th afternoon will now be held on Thu 8th (all other details the same.)
Sat 10th morning becomes Sun 11th (all other details the same.)

Racing Resumes for 2026

We know lots of you are eager to start 2026 with some racing, so we’ve got you sorted this Sunday, 4-Jan-2026, with the rescheduled Christmas Classic. It’s best to enter through Entryboss at https://entryboss.cc/races/28607. Online entries close at 6PM on Sat 3-Jan-2026. Hope to see you there!

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and hoping you find time to enjoy some festive rides! Thank you for your incredible support throughout the year.
We’re taking a short break, but racing kicks off again soon with the rescheduled Christmas Classic on 4 January 2026, followed quickly by the Legends Race on 10 January 2026.

The forecast is for the heat to drop considerably by 6PM tonight, so we are going ahead with the Gravel Social at the VU tonight. If you haven’t registered via Entryboss, feel free to rock up on the day and give this new circuit a spin.
