The Race Team pilot has been designed to support ambitious riders, help them continue their development, and maintain a strong connection to the club.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The program aims to<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Strengthen A Grade participation and racing quality.<br \/>\nCreate a pathway from club racing to open racing.<br \/>\nIncrease FCC representation at major Victorian events.<br \/>\nProvide role models for developing riders and juniors.<br \/>\nSupport member retention and club engagement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The FCC x Salter Cycles Race Team will initially focus on A Grade riders who are keen on competing and commited to representing the club at Victorian and Australian open road events.
