General COVID-19 Race Information

  • If any of the following applies to you then you must stay home and not attend any FCC event: 
  1. Yourself and/or any member of your household is awaiting a COVID-19 test result.
  2. Yourself and/or any member of your household has been asked to self-isolate by any medical or government body.
  3. If in the last 14 days you have had contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case.
  4. If in the last 14 days or currently you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms; i.e. fever, breathing difficulties, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, fatigue. 
  • If you develop COVID-19 symptoms (at the event or in the following 14 days) immediately advise an FCC COVID Officer or Race Official. Get tested and quarantine until you get your test result and notify FCC of the result ASAP.
  • Initially races will be open to FCC members ONLY. 
  • Entries will be ONLINE only via Entry BossPlease make sure your Entry Boss details and licence are validWe will not be handling licenses, phones etc. for verification.
  • You must be prepared to be screened, prior to entering any of the circuits at the registration desk.
  • When you are not racing, you must wear a face mask when in queues or when interacting with race officials. 
  • Maintain social distancing (1.5m minimum).
  • Maintain good hygieneCover coughs and sneezes with an elbow or a tissue. Use the soap and/or hand sanitiser provided to regularly clean your hands.
  • Expelling any mouth or nasal secretions during a race will not be tolerated. Any rider identified of such behaviour will be removed from the race and sanctioned.
  • Bins are for hygiene disposal only, i.e. paper hand towels. All personal rubbish must be taken home.
  • We encourage anyone identified as being in a high-risk group to consult their GP’s advice before attending an FCC event.
  • Bring your own food, drink and equipment and do not share these items with other participants.
     
  • The FCC will be paying prize money via EFT, it is the riders responsibility to follow this up with race officials.
  • Finally, if you are attending our events you are expected to be COVID Safe. Race officials will not tolerate any behaviour that puts the health and safety of other participants at risk. We will remove, sanction and direct participants to the relevant authorities if necessary.
